Rapper Kanye West is potentially looking for a new venture as he files a US trade mark application for his name. This trade mark has been filed for a number of homeware products including shower curtains, blankets, towels, and placemats.
These have been filed under his company Mascotte Holdings, Inc. which has owned the rights to the name since 2004.
Trade mark applications in the US can take around 2 years from start to finish so it may be a while until we get confirmation of what Kanye’s plans are but its certainly one that people didn’t expect.
